~Our challenge groups consist of 3x/week classes for 6 weeks. Groups of 6+ new athletes work together in community, fitness and nutrition to become stronger and healthier individuals. The community group learns the basics of CrossFit throughout the 6 weeks and support each other with nutritional guidance, fitness outside of the box and a Facebook group page to offer additional support beyond the four-walls of CrossFit Justice.

Metcon Endurance or metabolic conditioning has received overwhelming response from our athletes. We, at CrossFit Justice, mix together strength, endurance, high reps and plyometric exercises to give you a solid 45 minute workout. Your "rest" intervals are filled with light cardio to keep your heart pumping and your muscles warm. We challenge your core, your upper body and your lower body at different intervals as well as test your agility, flexibility and cardio.
Metcon Endurance classes were designed for athletes of all levels. A met con endurance class adds to our existing CrossFit classes as it offers more cardio; where-as it enhances our RealRyder spin classes as it offers strength attributes.
Metcon Endurance classes do not require the foundation classes to attend and can be attended by either a class pack or part of your unlimited CrossFit membership.
