Now you are ready to jump into CrossFit and are excited to get started. Hold up, we ask that each new CrossFitter attend four of our Foundation Classes, classes will be scheduled on an individual basis. Just talk with your trainer and get your foundations scheduled, or call us at 248-529-6201.
The Foundation Classes are to assist in teaching you the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit so no matter if you are just getting started or are a collegiate athlete we can help you move more efficiently and to help prevent injuries. In addition, we will teach you the foundations of what CrossFit is all about, community, motivation and friendly competition. Each thirty minute class will warm you up before moving into technique drills then a short WOD using these drills At the end we will teach you additional skills, i.e. handstand pushups, kipping pullups, etc.
If you are a veteran to CrossFit, then no worries, you are ready to move right into our unlimited membership or class packs after a review from a coach. See "Schedule/Pricing" for additional information.
The first Sunday of each month we feature a Bring-A-Friend WOD at 3:30 PM, which is a great way to introduce yourself to the world of CrossFit. This class is open to anyone interested in learning more about our program. Come in and check us out and get a feel for the energy that makes our community so infectious.
So you are ready to get started with CrossFit? Great! Take a look at our schedule and come in to any regularly scheduled CrossFit class and check us out, feel the enthusiasm in the room and get ready for a great workout. We will modify your first workout, so no need to get stressed that you won't be able to perform the WOD (workout of the day). Please register for your class so that we know that you are coming and choose "First Class $5.00" option when prompted.
